@Kafamodesigns : I was born into a polygamous family of Late chief alhaji Aderogba snr babu and princess alhaja kafayat adeniji-adele ariyo. I am the 11th and last child of the family.
@Jarextainment: Tell us about your self ?
@Kafamodesigns :A boy with several aspirations which would come to past. Also a kind,down to earth, intelligent,handsome,generous,gentle,hardworking and a little bit hot tempered(but working on it) man.
@Jatextainment : Describe your self in one word
Me : Egalitarian.
@Jarextainment : How old were you when u started designing ?
@Kafamodesigns : Urrmm lemme think ! I think 14/15 yrs.
@Jarextainment: What school do u attend ?
@Kafamodesigns : Houdegbe North American University Benin.
@Jarextainment: Major and level ?
@Kafamodesigns : 400L computer science
@Jarextainment : How has it been combining fashion and school ?
@Kafamodesigns : tbh JAREXTAINMENT it has not been easy @ all. Its just a matter of dedication and hard-working. But we thank allah and my wonderful mother for the support.
@Jarextainment : How old were you when you started thinking about kafamo ?
@Kafamodesigns : Since I was younger I have always wanted to be a mogul. I started thinking about my own clothing line when I was 17 years.
@Jarextainment : What led you into fashion ?
@Kafamodesigns: I am a lover of beautiful things and also fashion conscious and as such decided to bring my expertise into the market.
@Kafamodesigns: whao ! Dis is a huge question. Its actually the combinations of my mothers name. Kafayat(kaf-) amoke(amo) : kafamo. Lol u get it ? That's how I came across the name kafamo. I did it for my lovely mum.
@Jarextainment : We heard most designers are gay what can you say to that.
@Kafamodesigns: LOL. Ok they say don't judge a book by its cover. . If u feel as a designer wearing a tank top and a tailored short make one a gay fine. But am straight bro. Lol
@Jarextainment : What led you into fashion ?
@Kafamodesigns: I am a lover of beautiful things and also fashion conscious and as such decided to bring my expertise into the market.
@Jarextainment: Where would u like to see Kafamo Designs in the next ten years ?
@Kafamodesigns : Our expansion initiatives have taken us into cotonou,lagos and we hope to take this into abuja and other african countries where our products are in good demand.
@Jarextainment: What advice do you have for the nigerian goverment ?
@Kafamodesigns: if the goverment can make good arrangements fot the fashion industry, it will be an investment booster for foreign companies and textiles manufactures to use nigeria as a base. We have the raw materials and human resources in abundance and this will be a viable initiative.
@Jarextainment : What propelled you into this business ?
@Kafamodesigns: I would like to thank my mother who has been the backbone of this business and I could not have done this without her.
@Jarextainment : Are you in a serious relationship ?
@Kafamodesigns : Fashion is my only Love. LOL. seriously for now I don't belong to any lady aside my mother.
@Jarextainment : As a designer how do u behave among ur friends ?
@Kafamodesigns : Am still the same cool, down to earth boy I have always been.
@Jarextainment : Your next collection, can you tell us about your collections and why its has not been released ?
@Kafamodesigns : My next collection is titled ''Uomo distinto'' which means distinguished man in italian. ''Uomo distinto'' is a collection set to feature a range of tailored suits,shirts and short with bright eye catching hues.
The collection is set to unveil my latest collection at the end of april2014. The collection is inspires by the italian savvy and Fashion forward gentleman who is a globetrotter and loves art plus has a refined taste for high class fashion and some whimsical takes on style and distinguished.
@Jarextainment : Who is shooting for the collections and location ?
@Kafamodesigns : Vision photography and the location shall be in Cotonou Benin Republic.
@Jarextainment : From source we heard you also model or you enjoy modeling.
@Kafamodesigns : Yea that's true. I was a model before I went fully into fashion designing.
@Jarextainment : What do you love doing apart from fashion ?
@Kafamodesigns : whao ! I Love Cooking a lot, also I love playing video games with friends

@Kafamodesigns : Plantain and Efo riro.

@Kafamodesigns: The day a fashion mogul told me "your such an inspiration to me boy" I felt so special that day.
