In the interview, Wale was asked about his recent trip to Nigeria and the MMG rapper had nothing but good things to say about home. Describing the city Lagos as having almost the same features and ambience as New York
City, Wale added that it still surprises him why many people still stereotype Africans.
He also added that his first visit to Nigeria back in November was an 'emotional rollercoaster'. 'My intentions was to go see my family in the village but business took over it and I had to
really be on business mode the whole time', Wale sort of lamented.
The rapper plans to release a new album in 2014 titled 'The Album About Nothing'.
